HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time depends on your area  and delivery address and when you place your order

Standard Delivery Delivery to be done within 5 days of receiving the order and the delivery will be free.

Free Delivery - All orders over R1000* qualify for free delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R1000. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.

International Delivery – International deliveries are considered on individual order basis considering your country. We will be in contact to discuss with you directly.


Please note that some bulky items may only be available on Standard Delivery.

 

Main centres (delivery within 3 working days)
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.

 

Outlying areas (delivery within 5 working days)

All the areas outside the Main Centres.

Confirmation email
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

 

Tracking and delivery
To follow your order, please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. The courier company will wait for you to try on your purchase, making sure it suits your needs. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
